What you will do:
As a Project Development Associate, you will join us in our vibrant office in central Warsaw.
In this role you will be leading the necessary actions in the promotion of future wind and solar plants, in accordance with company guidelines, to build, develop, boost and support the portfolio of the solar and wind activity to the successful fulfilment of the business plan.
The employee will autonomously manage the business from the identification of opportunities to contracting with the owners and the support of the communities involved, being a referent with a high knowledge level.
General responsibilities:
1. Support the team of Developers in exploration of new and relevant sites through targeted personal research or through results made available by the GIS Team, with public and private actors
2. Gather market knowledge regarding Master Plan and zooning decisions.
3. Keep updated with new regulations regarding Master Plan, Zooning decisions and issues related with urbanism legislation that relates to renewable business.
4. Be involved in the business unit activities on the works of Zooning Decision, Main plan and Master plan for the renewable projects that company is developing or check to acquire/establish a partnership
5. Get involved in development and animation of a network of business introducers.
6. Take steps to integrate projects into the development process.
7. Conduct data verification, reports and other administrative tasks as assigned by direct manager.
8. Participate in local projects and initiatives
9. Initiate the launch of the procedures to apply for Single permit achievement coordinating the activities to set up all the docs in compliance with applicable law.

What are we looking for:
1. Academic Skills:
- Bachelor is a minimum.
- Master is nice to have.
- Most preferred are studies related to Spatial Planning (architecture or other).
2. Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Minimum 2 years in GIS Wind Projects.
3. Specific Knowledge:
- Experience in onshore Wind Projects in GIS is mandatory.
- The best would be to have experience in Screenings (early phase of project development)
- QGIS software experience is nice to have, will be big advantage – if we will have a lot of candidates we can filter them by QGIS experience as this is preferred.
4. Languages:
- English – medium to advanced level (working knowledge).
- Polish – proficient
