We are looking to recruit a business / project developer who knows the renewable sector in Poland, the actors involved, and the applicable regulations, legal permits, etc., with demonstrable experience in the development of renewable projects (WIND / SOLAR ASSETS). A dynamic person willing to develop and grow within a multinational such as EDP.

 

MISSION

 

Supporting the necessary actions in the promotion of future wind and solar plants, in accordance with the company guidelines, in order to build, develop, boost and support the portfolio of the solar and wind activity to the successful fulfillment of the business plan.

You will autonomously manage the business from the identification of opportunities to contracting with the owners and the support of the communities involved.

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  1. Explore new and relevant sites through targeted personal research or through results made available by the GIS Team, with public and private actors.
  2. Develop and animate a network of business introducers.
  3. Qualify projects with a view to integrating them into the development process.
  4. Secure land through the negotiation and signing of promises of lease.
  5. Represent the company with local public or private actors, state services and communities in order to make known and accepted projects and the company.
  6. Initiate the launch of the procedures to apply for Single permit achievement coordinating the activities to set up all the docs in compliance with applicable law.

 

REQUIRED PROFILE

 

  1. ACADEMIC LEVEL
  • School of Management or University Degree

 

  1. REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
  • At least 6 years of experience (At least 2 or 3).
  • At least 2/3 years of experience years in developing Wind and PV projects, or similar requiring project, interacting with the different interlocutors in this type of projects, such as landlord, legal/regulatory authorities, administrative entities, communities of owners, etc.

 

  1. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
  • Tools: Office Package (valuable, not necessary GIS, Autocad).

 

  1. LANGUAGES
  • Polish and English

 

  1. SKILLS / COMPETENCES
  • A2 Driving license.
  • Availability for travelling through national territory.
