IT Business Analyst

The IT Business Analyst will support the development of our company in Poland, which focuses on the sale of energy related products and photovoltaic installations for medium and large companies.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESPONSABILITIES

This role will integrate and support the IT area within the EDP Energia Polska:

• Develop and analyze the functional requirements of IT systems, framed with the business unit goals
• Support the IT and digital teams both in product design and backlog, accordingly to business unit and corporate strategies
• Coordinate the necessary activities with associated stakeholders (internal and external) to support the development of digital product projects
• Support the mapping, evaluation and monitoring of systems architecture and performance.
• Guarantee the implementation of data management, BI and analytics best practices, in alignment with the Corporate Centers of Excellence and other responsible areas.
• Collaborate in the design and optimization of business processes.
• Perform acceptance testing and ensure the quality of implemented solutions.

REQUIRED PROFILE

1. ACADEMIC LEVEL

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, information management, engineering or mathematics.
• A postgraduate will be valued.

2. REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• At least 4-5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Looking for a professional with proven experience in:

• Business Analysis.
• Storytelling and User Stories knowledge.
• Implementation, transformation, development, and continuous improvement of IT systems for sales force.
• Relations with suppliers, preparation of IT requirements proposals.
• Optimization of sales management processes from an IT perspective.
• Sales force sustainability status (storage solutions, input parameters, acceptance testing, quality, etc.).

• Industry background in energy (PV / Sales) is a plus.

3. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

• Agile Methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools domain (mainly Excel and PowerPoint, high level required).

4. LANGUAGES

• Fluent in English and Polish (mandatory).
• Others is a plus.

5. SKILLS

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship, and stakeholder management skills; both internal and external, across all levels & regionally.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
