What you will do:

The role be primary involved in the wide range of tasks within the technical side and works closely with the Head of Engineering and other experience Engineers. An Engineering trainee will start out with basic duties such as checking compliance of the designs with Environmental and urbanistic decisions, before moving to more complex tasks such as be involved in the design of PV, Wind and/or Storage projects. As you progress you will be involved in:

• Execution of the development of engineering and designs in the different stages: predesign, basic, executive and tender project, supervision of technical feasibility of those ones assuring EDPR technical standards and project specific conditions.

• Support the elaboration of the specifications for basic and executive projects; supervise the technical adequacy of them, ensuring the compliance with EDPR standard and other specific project restraining in close coordination with Corporate Areas.

• Provide specialized technical support in the tender processes and assists E&C teams and, if only indirectly, Purchasing Department in the adjudication negotiation to guarantee the best technical-economic conditions in the awarding.

 

Employment type: Part-Time (minimum 20 hours per week, maximum 30 hours per week). Fixed-term contract.

Work site: Hybrid Model (3 days of in-person work at the office, 2 days of teleworking).

Economic conditions: 30,50 PLN / hour.

 

What are we looking for:

1. Academic Skills:

  • A student of at least 3rd year (Engineering degree in Electrical, mechanical, civil works or similar) or recent graduate in one of the fields above defined.
  • Post-graduate studies on Engineering & Renewable are a plus.
  •  

2. Professional Experience:

  • Not needed
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector is desirable. A first work experience focused Engineering & Renewable projects are a plus.

3. Specific Knowledge:

  • Well-rounded Autocad and MS Office computer skills.
  • Excel – Advance.

4. Languages:

  • Working knowledge of English (both written and verbal) & Advanced or native level of Polish language.
