Presently, we are looking for an Asset Management Intern to join us in our vibrant office in central Warsaw. We are an energetic team, for which values such as respect and open communication are important, and that enjoys working together.

 

You will support the Asset Management team in monitoring and optimizing the performance of wind, solar and energy storage assets in operation, contributing to efficient and safe energy production.

 

Location: Warszawa

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting monitoring of operational performance of wind farms, solar plants and storage assets
  • Assisting in analysis of production data, availability and performance indicators
  • Supporting identification of improvement opportunities and optimization initiatives
  • Assisting in coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Supporting preparation of reports on asset performance, incidents and operational KPIs
  • Contributing to documentation management and process standardization within the Asset Management function
  • Supporting budget tracking and cost monitoring for operational assets
  • Assisting in compliance with internal procedures, contracts and regulatory requirements

What are we looking for:

  • A student of at least 3rd year or recent graduate (engineering, economics, energy, or related fields preferred)
  • Availability: 20-40 h/week
  • Working knowledge of English (both written and verbal)
  • Advanced or native level of Polish language
  • Well-rounded MS Office skills, especially Excel (data analysis)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Interest in renewable energy sector and asset performance optimization
  • Ability to work concurrently on multiple tasks
  • Proactive attitude and motivation to learn
  • Committed to deliver excellent performance
