Responsibilities

  • Strong focus on onsite solar PPA in Singapore, and development of new business opportunities within APAC and see that these opportunities are pursued to their maximum potential, in collaboration with local and regional BD teams where applicable. 

  • Generate leads/evaluation/negotiation/execution of BD pipelines.  

  • Support pre-investment project evaluation, including interfacing with various parties (e.g Engineering & Construction, M&A, Risk, etc), and conducting site visits /meetings where required. 

  • Prepare and present business case and investment recommendation analysis per company requirements. 

  • Work with the internal Project Management team to align the solar PV project installation timeline with the client’s projected timeline with the interests of the company and client in mind. 

  • Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the HOD

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or equivalent preferred. 

  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales/business development, with experience in the Renewable Energy sector an advantage.   

  • Must be a self-starter and motivated individual. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Understand financial modeling, business contracts and structuring of commercial deals for clients. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software.
