With its headquarters in Singapore, EDP Renewables is the leading sustainable development hub for the Asia Pacific region with activities across nine different markets. Our activities are focused on the design, development, management, and operation of renewable energy sources, namely solar, and wind, as well as new technologies such as storage.
Responsibilities
- Freight & Export Management: Assist in obtaining freight rate quotations, preparing necessary shipping documents, and coordinating with forwarders to track and monitor shipments. Support customs clearance processes and work closely with the Treasury team to ensure accurate payment details.

Inventory Management: Help process material requests, assist in issuing delivery orders, and monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability. Support in inventory reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate data entry for inventory transactions. Help manage damaged inventory disposal in compliance with regulations.

Logistics Coordination: Coordinate deliveries and collections of inventory with warehouse teams, project managers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs). Ensure that all necessary documentation is in place for smooth transportation and receipt of materials.

Data Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records for inventory, shipping documents, and purchase orders. Help with real-time data entry to ensure inventory levels and shipments are consistently monitored.
Learning Outcome

- Develop an understanding of inventory control processes and the ability to reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
- Learn to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Enhance data management and reporting skills, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of shipments and inventory.
Qualifications Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Prior experience or coursework in logistics, inventory management, or freight forwarding is a plus but not required.
