Finance Business Partner, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Manage FP&A processes focused on reporting and forecasting financial and operational results, prepare budget and business plan exercises and execute ad-hoc business analysis.
• Prepare Annual Budget, Business Plan and business evolution forecast exercises 
• Support the Board and Business Units by collaborating in projects and ad-hoc analysis for reflection and definition of business strategies
• Prepare other ad-hoc strategic analysis: financial modelling for simulation of different regulatory/competition scenarios and long-term financial viability of the company
• Focus on process efficiency and continuous improvement of business planning and control support infrastructures
• Support the process of international expansion

Qualifications

• MBA or MSc degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• Keen understanding of financial planning & control and budget management
• High analytical capacity, critical thinking and strong planning/prioritization capabilities
• Focus on problem solving and resilience/adaptation to change
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Word and PPT
• Knowledge of SAP, Adaptive Planning, among other planning tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to create rapport with various stakeholders
