Senior Operations & Transformation Consultant - Remote Operations (Dispatch Centers)

The Remote Operations (Dispatch Centers) team plays a central role in Renewable asset operations, overseeing activities across multiple geographies and influencing the entire operational value chain.

Opportunity to join the team and drive transversal projects & initiatives acting as an internal operations consultant and project manager — driving performance, analytics, and strategic transformation across the organization. You will be a trusted advisor to the Remote Operations (Dispatch Centers) Director, combining structured problem-solving, operations know how, deep-dive analytics, and PMO leadership to improve performance and accelerate strategic programs across RODC.

What you will do:

• Lead and coordinate transversal strategic and transformation programs in liaison with other areas within EDP.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support leadership decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, analytics and tools.
• Support communication, engagement and change initiatives across RODC.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment between strategy, operations and financial performance.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports and business reviews.
• Build and evolve performance, KPI and SLA reporting across all RODC areas.

What are we looking for:

• Prior experience in operations / technological transformation projects, Consulting and/or Project Management.
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build consensus and align different stakeholders.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI is a plus.
• Experience in Energy / utilities businesses is positively valued.
