The job position will be based in Reims / Région Grand Est or Dijon / Région Bourgogne Franche Comté.

 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Carry out all necessary actions related to the identification, validation and land securing of future wind farms projects, in order to contribute to the successful fulfillment of EDPR’s and Business Unit business plan. 


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
•    LANDOWNERS NEGOTIATIONS – Participate to the qualification of the land situation, assess the level of difficulty for the future land securing of new opportunities. Secure maximal plots/surfaces that allow to consider the project blocked (at least from competitive perspective). 
•    PROJECT QUALIFICATION– Participate to project qualification with Origination Managers and Project Manages. Gather inputs/feedbacks allowing to perform the pre-feasibility and feasibility studies.

•    COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE – Participate to identifying competitors’ projects and possibly forge cooperation with other promotion companies. 

•    Conduct all tasks required by management for the department to fulfill its objectives

-    Software : Office, GIS (ArcGIS, QGIS)


REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 4-7 years

 

 

DESCRIPTION GENERALE

Effectuer toutes les actions nécessaires liées à la sécurisation foncière des futurs parcs éoliens, afin de contribuer à la réalisation du plan de développement de la Business Unit EDPR France.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES
•    NEGOCIATIONS FONCIERES – Participer à la qualification de la situation, évaluer le niveau de difficulté pour la future sécurisation foncière des nouvelles opportunités. Assurer la négociation foncière des parcelles / surfaces minimales   permettant   d’envisager   un   projet éolien.

•    QUALIFICATION DES PROJETS - Participer à la qualification des projets en partenariat avec les chargés de prospection et les chefs de projets. Recueillir les éléments sur le terrain permettant d'effectuer les études de préfaisabilité et de faisabilité. 

•    INTELLIGENCE CONCURRENTIELLE - Participer à l'identification des projets des concurrents et éventuellement forger une coopération avec d'autres sociétés de promotion. 

•    Effectuer toutes les tâches requises par la direction pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.

 

EXIGENCES :
Langue : français, anglais ou espagnol sont un avantage,

Logiciel : Office, GIS (ArcGIS, QGIS).
