The job position will be based in Reims / Région Grand Est or Dijon / Région Bourgogne Franche Comté.



Carry out all necessary actions related to the identification, validation and securing of future wind farms, in order to contribute to the successful fulfillment of EDPR’s and Business Unit business plan. 


•    GROWTH PLAN AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – Identify suitable geographical locations for the future construction of wind farms and PV projects following the company’s strategies and guidelines in order to contribute to the achievement of the growth plan and business plan objectives. Conduct all steps required including mapping and phoning whenever needed.

•    QUALIFICATION OF PROJECTS – Participate to the qualification of the technical and political suitability of projects. Gather inputs/feedbacks allowing to perform the pre-feasibility and feasibility studies. identification of the constraints (servitudes), securing key land rights, obtention of municipal deliberation, qualifying and securing as much as possible any other key stake.

•    INITIAL RELATIONS WITH LANDOWNERS – Participate to the qualification of the land situation, assess the level of difficulty for the future land securing of new opportunities. Secure directly or with the Land Negociator minimal plots/surfaces that allow to consider the project feasible (at least from competitive perspective)

•    COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE – Participate to identifying competitors’ projects and possibly forge cooperation with other promotion companies. Be aware of potential “call for projects” from Municipalities and potential expectations

•    Conduct all tasks required by management for the department to fulfill its objectives

• PLAN DE CROISSANCE ET DÉVELOPPEMENT D'AFFAIRES - Identifier des emplacements géographiques appropriés pour envisager un projet éolien suivant les stratégies et les lignes directrices de l'entreprise et afin de contribuer aux objectifs du plan de développement. Effectuer toutes les étapes nécessaires, y compris l’analyse cartographique et les contacts avec les acteurs des territoires prospectés.

• QUALIFICATION DES PROJETS - Participer à la qualification de l'adéquation technique et politique des projets. Recueillir les éléments permettant d'effectuer les études de préfaisabilité et de faisabilité. Identidfier les contraintes majeures, planifier la sécurisation des droits fonciers clés. Obtenir l’accord politique. Qualifier et sécuriser autant que possible tout autre enjeu majeur.

• RELATIONS INITIALES AVEC LES PROPRIETAIRES - Participer à la qualification de la situation, évaluer le niveau de difficulté pour la future sécurisation foncière des nouvelles opportunités. Assurer directement ou avec le chargé de négociation foncière la négociation foncière des parcelles / surfaces minimales permettant d’envisager un projet éolien.

• INTELLIGENCE CONCURRENTIELLE - Participer à l'identification des projets des concurrents et éventuellement forger une coopération avec d'autres sociétés de promotion.

• Effectuer toutes les tâches requises par la direction pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
