What you will do:
The Project Management Specialist supports the structured delivery of projects by working closely with managers and project teams to ensure timely execution, resource coordination, and performance tracking. This role contributes to the development of business plans, permits, and project financing activities while maintaining effective relationships with authorities, landowners, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, execution, and control of projects, ensuring alignment with corporate and regional objectives.
- Support the development of the Business Plan and the elaboration of project budgets.
- Coordinate project teams, schedules, and resources to facilitate timely and efficient delivery.
- Participate in permitting processes and maintain relationships with authorities, landowners, and institutional stakeholders.
- Support M&A and project finance activities, contributing to investment assessments and project viability analyses.
- Track project performance indicators, report progress, and identify risks with proposed mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and knowledge sharing to ensure project alignment and continuity.

What are we looking for:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3/5 years of experience in project support, coordination, or related roles, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with project governance, performance metrics, and investment assessment processes.
- Proficient in digital collaboration tools and project management software.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
