What you will do:

 

The P&O Intelligence Intern will support the P&O Intelligence Team by delivering analytical insights, developing dashboards, and improving data processes.

This role is designed for a professional with completed training in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, who is looking to gain practical experience applying data solutions within a People & Organization environment.

The intern will contribute to transforming people data into reliable insights that support workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational performance

General Responsibilities:

• Support the extraction, validation, and consolidation of HR data from multiple sources

• Maintain and update recurring reports and dashboards

• Assist in automating and improving reporting processes

• Analyze workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, performance, and engagement

• Support the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership

• Document reporting methodologies and data definitions

• Support the standardization of KPIs and metrics

What are we looking for:

 

  1. Academic Skills:

 

  • Degree or certified training in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or related areas.

 

  1. Professional Experience:

 

  • Not required / applicable.

 

  1. Specific Knowledge:

 

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Solid understanding of data modelling and data visualization principles
  • Knowledge of SQL and python is highly desirable
  • Experience with data transformation and ETL processes is a plus

 

  1. Languages:

 

  • High level of Spanish.
  • High level of English.

 

  1. Skills:

 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Structured and organized working style
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude
