What you will do:

 

Design, lead, and implement process improvement initiatives that directly enhance operational efficiency across the organization. This role contributes to resource optimization, cost reduction, and increased productivity in key areas such as business development, investment projects, energy generation, asset maintenance, and operational management.

 

General responsibilities:

• Define, map and analyse operational processes in business development, investment projects, power generation, asset maintenance, and energy management to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

• Perform data analysis to quantify process improvements impact

• Design, propose and implement solutions that streamline workflows, reduce execution time, and optimize resource usage.

• Dilute controversies and conflicts between departments to ensure smooth performance of internal processes

• Lead continuous improvement projects using BPM or other methodologies.

• Collaborate with field teams and technical staff to ensure process changes are practical and effective.

• Detect and provide functional content to automate repetitive tasks using digital tools and RPA technologies.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor real-time business and operational performance.

• Document and standardize processes to support scalability and cross-site replication.

What are we looking for:

 

  1. Academic Skills:

 

  • Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.

 

  1. Professional Experience:

 

  • Minimum 2/3 years of proven experience in operational process improvement, preferably in industrial or energy sectors.

 

  1. Specific Knowledge:

 

  • Strong knowledge of BPM methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Process Mining.

 

  1. Languages:

 

  • Ability to read, write and speak Spanish and English fluently.

 

  1. Skills:

 

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills.
  • Social skills to facilitate agreements among departments.
