MISSION
Ensure the definition and implementation of the EDPR Program Management Office, ensuring delivery of strategic programs through effective and efficient management of scope, time, cost and quality. In addition to that, responsible to lead the portfolio management across EDPR and build the right governance to enable regions and local teams. Finally, it will act as a competence center on different methodologies, awareness and communication to be leveraged across EDPR.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key accountabilities are described below:
• Ensure the success of strategic programs for the organization through effective and efficient management of scope, time, cost and quality.
• Stablish the Program Management team responsible to led strategic programs in the organization across the globe.
• Stablish the Program Management Office responsible of the creation, management and communication of EDPR DGU Renewables roadmap linked to key business priorities.
• Ensure link to EDP group competence center and dissemination the methodology to EDPR (project management process and application management model).
• Identify and ensure the involvement of all resources that participate directly or indirectly in the project.
• Develop program plans (execution, communication, risks,…).
• Update the status of the project according to the procedures and tools in force.
• Ensure that the financial execution of the project complies with the operational execution.
• Ensure compliance with the methodology.
• Manage changes and risks.
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
• Analyze project performance and Lessons Learned.
• Ensure the formal closure of the project and its successful celebration.
• Submits period forecasts, manages project and baseline financials by accurately tracking and updating expense status through period forecasts to ensure budget expectations are achieved.
• Provides input to annual objectives, conducts annual performance processes including setting objectives and measurement and performance evaluation, conducts PMP Process, responsible for hiring decisions.
REQUIRIED PROFILE
ACADEMIC LEVEL:
Degree from a top University
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
• Have professional experience in IT, Program Management, Project Management, Product Management of at least 5 years
• Have led end to end programs across different phases and managed portfolios and roadmaps in large multinationals with a global scope
• Preferrable experience in consulting
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
• Knowledge of communication and collaboration tools/channels
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required
LANGUAGES:
• English and Spanish fluent
• Portuguese and other languages appreciated
