What you will do:

 

The Digital area is the digital acceleration enabler for the entire EDPR organization. Its main objective is to increase the level of Digital maturity in the organization, with the aim of enabling and accelerating EDPR business ambitions. Its activities are based on 3 axes: Digital Strategy, Digital Projects, Digital Culture.

 

  • Work with RGA & Region leaders to develop and align strategic technology plans that support overall business goals
  • Ensure efficient usage of resources at the Digital & Tech level and leverage synergies across regions, ensure alignment and clear Digital Roadmaps per platform, by region.
  • Manage large, transversal and complex projects in articulation with RGA platform & Region leaderships.
  • Articulate w/ Stakeholders: Platform leadership, applicable Region leaderships and Digital & Tech Function Global leadership, to ensure alignment and effective communication/change management in implementation of relevant initiatives

What are we looking for:

 

ACADEMIC SKILLS

  • Degree from a top University

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mult geographic projects as project manager with leading responsibilities.
  • Experience in transformational projects namely in MSFT Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP technologies
  • Stakeholders’ management and C level reporting is also a requirement.

 

 LANGUAGES

 

  • English is mandatory
  • Portuguese and Spanish highly appreciated.


SKILLS / COMPETENCES

 

  • Strong communication skills to engage with Business stakeholders.
  • Explain complex digital ecosystems in everyday language for users
  • Program and Project Management skills
  • Project Management Certification will be highly considered
  • Agile methodology skills
  • Ability to fast adaption to changes
  • Flexibility to support in all relevant actions of the department
  • Multidisciplinary teams coordination
  • Open to continuous improvement and learning
