Field Support Specialist

Mission:

Support the development of management systems related to the operation of Wind Farms, in accordance with the business plan and management guidelines, in close cooperation with the local O&M Teams. 

Main responsibilities:

1.    MAINTENANCE PLANS – Support the definition and implementation of maintenance plans for wind farms, and ensure coordination between the different actors to guarantee compliance with objectives.
2.    SERVICES – Cooperate in the definition of improvement and actions resulting from the maintenance activity: creation of maintenance work specifications and requests for required services, to ensure the proper functioning, reliability and integrity of the facilities
3.    SYSTEMS AND TOOLS: Provide support in: specifying, developing, implementing and promoting the management systems and tools that the management enables for the performance and control of operation and maintenance tasks. Define management tools to support and monitor the different KPIs, which help to guarantee the achievement of objectives. Accompany the development of SAP-PM developments that facilitate the daily management of the wind farms
4.    Collaborate in the implementation of the O&M Management model at the European and LATAM platform level.
5.    Automate management tools for different levels of the O&M organization, with the aim of making processes more efficient.
6.    TRAINING: Support the training of internal and external staff on management tools, SAP, Power BI… 
 

Requirements:

1.    ACADEMIC LEVEL

Engineering/Technical Engineering

2.    REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

•    2 years of experience in working with maintenance management systems (SAP PM) or similar
•    2 years in the definition of maintenance policies for industrial plants
•    1 year in SQL work

3.    SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

•    Knowledge in wind farms (aerogenerator technology)
•    Maintenance management systems, knowledge in SAP module PM and MM 
•    Extensive knowledge of Power BI, programming… 
•    SQL.
•    Warehouse and materials management

4.    LANGUAGES

•    Ability t oread, write and speak fluently in English and Spanish. Portuguese language Will be considered as a plus.
