What you will do:

  • Lead and manage strategic and transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, quality and alignment with EU regional priorities.
  • Conduct market, regulatory and competitive analyses to identify risks, structural trends and opportunities relevant to Europe's business strategy.
  • Design, structure and coordinate strategic frameworks, operating models and transformation initiatives, supporting countries and platforms in their execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-based decision-making, providing actionable recommendations supported by rigorous analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for the EU Management Team and other senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory, market and macro trends shaping Europe's growth, profitability and risk profile.
  • Mentor and support junior team members and collaborate with Country BDs, PMs and platform teams to build analytical and strategic capabilities.

What are we looking for:

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in developing well-structured, executive-level PowerPoint presentations, demonstrating the clarity, rigor, and storytelling quality expected in leading strategy consulting environments.

  • Degree in engineering, economics, finance, or management.
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or transformation roles.
  • Analytical Problem Solving skills.
  • Strong Communication-.
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-impact strategic projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders, including initiatives that require significant changes to existing ways of working.
  • Experience in AI technologies and their implementation into business processes to drive efficiency and optimization is highly desirable.
  • Profficiency in english;
