Tax Digitalization
The Record to Report (R2R) of EDP GBS, whose mission is to ensure the operation of the economic and financial activities supporting the EDP Group's activity, namely: i) the management of financial master data, ii) accounting, including accounting consolidation; iii) taxation, and iv) operational treasury management, including external and internal debt management, payments and receipts, bank management and cash forecasting, is looking to recruit for the Tax area.

What you will do:
- Prepare and design templates to help the tax compliance teams to calculate taxes in a more automatic way (VAT, CIT and other taxes) across all geographies in with EDP is present;
- Collaborate with the design and implementation of internal tools that allow the automation of the control of tax compliance functions and/or improve the tax controlling environment at EDP Group;
- Prepare and design reporting models to help the local teams and provide management with useful tax information on a regular basis;
- Developing RPAs to help the tax team avoiding recurrent duties;
- Help the local teams to extract information from the Tax Agencies websites.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Business, accounting, or tax degree with some data analytics experience;
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in digitalizing processes is a plus;
- IT Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VBA and Power Query);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate / UiPath;
- Well-rounded SAP.
- Other Skills:
- English;
- Power Query.
- Hands-on, open, creative and keen to work in a team;
- Finance / tax skills;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
- Innovative, self-motivated and detailed-oriented;
- Sound organizational skills and process driven mentally;
- Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects and multiple countries.
