Service Management Senior Specialist

Our Service & Partner Management team intends to recruit a Service Management Senior Specialist.
What you will do:
- Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with SLAs within the Global Business Services (GBS) service catalogue
- Analyse data and identify performance deviations
- Keep the service catalogue updated and aligned with the operating model
- Drive service management governance rituals and follow-up meetings with key stakeholders
- Monitor the quality of services delivered
- Work closely with internal GBS teams

What are we looking for (key skills):
- Degree in Management, Economics, or other financial-related fields
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management ability
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Experience and/or interest in Service Management
- Team spirit and a collaborative mindset
- Proactive, autonomous, and continuous improvement mindset
- Proficiency/experience in Power BI
- Knowledge of Spanish
- Experience with ticketing tools (back-office perspective)
