Senior Innovation Specialist

The Center of Excellence - Innovation is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Senior Innovation Specialist.

What you will do:

• Responsibility for the curation and execution of innovation projects with startups (Proof of Concept) with a view to rollout and/or investment.
• Support in the execution of startup engagement programs.
• Oversee and manage project-related activities with startups including scope, budget, schedules, risks, and communication with stakeholders.
• Setup and leadership of cross-functional teams of business and technology experts to understand trends and needs.
• Setup of project KPIs and follow through.
• Scout for new business opportunities in external ecosystem.
• Screen relevant startups from EDP scale-up programs such as Free Electrons and Starter Business Acceleration.
• Follow incremental innovation pilots developed by relevant business units.
• Foster a collaborative culture.

What are we looking for:

• Degree in Engineering, Management or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Understanding the energy sector's key needs and chalenges across the value chain.
• Business acumen to drive the definition of successful innovation projects.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management (internal & external).
• Experience in project management, KPI measurement and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, think strategically and act tactically.
