Process Design & Improvement Specialist (Renewables)

The Renewables Generation Assets Platform (RGA) Leadership & Strategy function intends to recruit a Process Design & Improvement Specialist for its Business Process Excellence area.
What you will do:

Act as a transformation engine for cross-functional, high-impact initiatives, including process and operating model revisions/optimizations and large-scale implementations;

Understand current processes and operating models, challenge status quo, benchmark against best practices, identify areas for improvement that maximize value creation;

Desing and deploy future solutions;

Build analysis and communication materials to support senior/high impact decision-making;
-
Drive and facilitate organizational change, ensuring collaboration across the platform's various activities.

What are we looking for:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field;

A minimum of 2 years in management consulting, strategic planning, corporate development or a related field, with a proven track record in driving high-impact projects;

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus;

Strong analytical, structuring, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Advanced knowledge of PPT, financial modeling, data analysis, and project management tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, MS Project);
-
Strong team-work qualities with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization.

Good oral communication skills, with experience in delivering insights to senior teams;

Availability to travel abroad.
