What you will do:
We're looking for a strategic business partner who not only understands business goals but can shape people strategies that align with them. Your role will require you to build strong, trusting relationships across diverse teams and regions, fostering a culture of collaboration and resilience. You should bring empathy, a deep understanding of people, and the ability to navigate complex challenges while driving results.
- Talent Strategy Development: Translate business plans into actionable workforce plans. Define headcount needs, skills development, and career paths while aligning with local/regional nuances and global priorities;
- Leadership & Coaching: Provide expert coaching to platform leadership, influencing decisions around talent management, leadership pipelines, succession planning, and performance calibration;
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use your analytical skills to provide deep insights into people metrics (turnover, engagement, performance, e.o) ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives that boost employee engagement and productivity, ensuring a positive, inclusive work culture that drives performance;
- Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with CoEs and regional P&O teams to design and deploy innovative people strategies and programs that address business needs.

What are we looking for:
- Degree in Social Sciences or other;
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience;
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should be adaptable, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment;
- Digital Proficiency: Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with digital HR tools is a plus;
- Languages: English;
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
