Logistics & Operations Analyst

What you will do:
The Global Business Services (GBS) area of EDP Global Solutions manages cross-functional logistics projects across the EDP Group, supporting application development, performance reporting, cost control, and continuous process improvement.

Manage cross-functional logistics projects across different companies within the EDP Group

Develop functional specifications and analyze technical requirements to support application development

Design and support the creation of Power BI reports to provide management insights and performance monitoring

Monitor the budget, invoicing, and operational costs managed by the GBS-LOG-LOM team

Identify, propose, and oversee continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts

What are we looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Management, or a related field

Professional experience in logistics, project management, process management, and cost management and control is valued

Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, particularly in Logistics modules (mandatory)

Proficiency in Office 365 tools (mandatory) and Power BI (preferred)

Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and preferably English and Spanish
-
Initiative and proactivity in continuous improvement, process mapping, and management control
-
Strong teamwork skills, proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Interest in technological innovation, with a high level of rigor and attention to detail

Availability to travel within the country
