What you will do:

• Act as a trusted strategic learning partner, collaborating closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate business priorities into impactful, scalable, and future-oriented learning solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Bring a holistic and integrated vision to the Learning function, connecting stakeholders, initiatives, and business priorities to strengthen and elevate EDP’s learning ecosystem
• Position and consolidate EDP’s learning offer through a cohesive and integrated approach, ensuring consistency, alignment, and a differentiated value proposition that enhances the employee experience
• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of learning journeys, from needs assessment and solution architecture to deployment, communication, and impact evaluation, ensuring solutions are business-driven, measurable, and supported by learning analytics and data insights
• Design innovative and engaging learning experiences that combine formal, social, and experiential methodologies (70-20-10 approach), ensuring relevance, scalability, learner engagement, and measurable business impact
• Drive corporate learning initiatives and enterprise-wide programs that foster a strong learning culture and increase employee engagement across the organization
• Develop integrated communication and engagement strategies to position the Learning area internally in a clear, compelling, and differentiated way, while building strong cross-functional partnerships with Communication, Branding, DGU, HRBPs, Talent teams, and Global Business Services
• Contribute strategically to the repositioning and evolution of the Learning function, strengthening its visibility, brand perception, and organizational value proposition
• Lead the development of global frameworks, capability models, and strategic learning programs in close collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Facilitate co-creation workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment forums, promoting collaboration, engagement, and shared ownership across the business
• Stay ahead of market trends, digital innovations, and emerging learning methodologies, bringing external insights and best practices into the organization to continuously evolve the learning strategy
• Support the continuous evolution of EDP’s learning ecosystem, contributing to the creation of a world-class, future-ready, and learner-centric experience

What are we looking for:
- Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent;
- 6 to 10 years of professional experience, ideally with a background in strategic consulting, organizational transformation, or capability development
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning solutions (from diagnosis and architecture to implementation and impact measurement)
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into high-impact learning experiences
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership
- Solid exposure to multinational and matrixed environments
- Experience leading or contributing to cultural transformation, change initiatives, or capability-building programs
- Familiarity with modern learning methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, 70-20-10, Learning in the Flow of Work, Agile/Sprint-based design)
- Experience working with LMS/LXP platforms and leveraging learning analytics to measure impact
- Previous experience in a transformation-focused consulting company
- Exposure to leadership development, digital capability building, or innovation programs
- Experience leading global or cross-regional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in executive and multicultural environments
