IT Contracts Specialist

The DGU Licensing Mngm is looking to recruit an IT Contracts Specialist.

What you will do:

  • Preparing negotiation processes, gathering the needs of the EDP Group's different areas and geographies and interacting with the EDP Group's Procurement unit;
  • Registering and filing all contractual documents, being responsible for signing the contract;
  • Monitoring contractual execution (financial and operational), including service levels, identifying deviations and proposing corrective measures in line with EDP's business units and other DGU teams;
  • Manage and optimize the use of licenses in line with the needs of the business units;
  • Drawing up and proposing the budget and business plan for the contracts managed;
  • Developing partnership relations with suppliers, seeking the best value offer in the medium/long term;
  • Understand the needs of the EDP Group's different business units, both current and future.

Employment type: Fixed-Term Contract

Work site: Hybrid Model

Work Place: Lisbon or Porto

 

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management/Economics, Science, Law, IT or another area relevant to the position;
  • Up to 2 years' professional experience - experience in contract/supplier management and IT are valued;
  • Ability to interact with other areas, suppliers, etc;
  • Ability to work in a team, be proactive, communicate efficiently and flexibly to resolve incidents quickly;
  • Good knowledge of English.
