What you will do:

The role requires knowledge of financial concepts, markets and instruments (with focus on debt capital markets and debt instruments)

 

Conduct analysis and support the decision-making process and execution of centralized funding of EDP Group at Corporate level, namely:

  • Support access to debt capital markets funding, including the study, analysis and execution of:
    • updates to the EMTN Programme for issuance of debt instruments;
    • issuances, pricing and settlement of debt instruments; and
    • liability management exercises;
  • Support execution of long term corporate funding agreements
  • Support management of relationship with credit rating agencies, including monitoring, study and financial analysis of credit rating metrics (involving the study of rating methodologies and execution of credit rating peers benchmarking analysis);
  • Perform studies to assess the economic, financial and accounting impacts of financial strategies;
  • Participate in transversal projects (with internal and external teams such as Legal, Compliance, Investor relations & ESG, Accounting);
  • Support the preparation of analysis documents for top management (to support the decision-making process).

What are we looking for:

  • Master's degree (second cycle of Bologna) in Economics, Finance, or Business Management.
  • Experience: minimum 2 years' experience in relevant area;
  • Languages: Portuguese, English
  • Skills: Interest in financial markets; Research and analytical, Communication, Teamworking.
