Finance Digital Transformation Specialist

R2R Process Excellence Partner department is looking for a Finance Digital Transformation Specialist.

What you will do:

• Support the delivery of digitalization and transformation initiatives across Record-to-Report processes, including Accounting, Consolidation, Tax, Fixed Assets and Intercompany.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, simplification and digital enablement.
• Participate in the design of digital solutions leveraging technologies such as SAP, Power Platform, analytics and AI-enabled tools.
• Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable digital solutions in partnership with Digital and Technology teams.
• Contribute to the development of dashboards, reporting capabilities and data-driven decision-making tools.
• Promote best practices and support the adoption of innovative ways of working across R2R teams.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential application within Finance processes.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Record to Report (R2R), Process Improvement, Digital Transformation or related areas.
• Experience engaging with Accounting, Tax and Digital teams across multiple countries and business units.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP SIM, SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power Query).
• Experience with technologies such as Power Platform, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA, Python or similar solutions is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of Winshuttle will be a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English skills
