DGU’s Global Digital Acceleration Center of Excellence is strengthening its team with the addition of a Digital Innovation & AI Specialist.
What you will do:
- Originate and track high‑value digital and AI opportunities across business areas.
- Act as a connector between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment.
- Lead early‑stage discovery activities, including problem framing and value assessment.
- Track emerging trends and proactively identify new opportunities to accelerate digital adoption.
- Prepare clear, concise, and compelling executive presentations for leadership forums.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or other related fields.
- Between 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, or business acceleration roles.
- Proven ability to identify and shape new initiatives in cross‑functional environments.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to structure insights for decision‑making.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering executive‑level presentations.
- Comfortable working autonomously and navigating ambiguous or fast‑changing contexts
- Fluency in English.
