Digital Acceleration Expert
DGU are seeking a Digital Acceleration Expert to collaborate with teams across Business Enablement Functions (BEF) and spearhead initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable value through cutting-edge technology. This role is pivotal in defining and implementing a comprehensive digital roadmap that enhances global process standardization, simplifies the application architecture, and optimizes efficiency across the organization.

What you will do:
- Collaborate with function leaders and digital teams to define and implement a digital roadmap aligned with the business priorities and the Digital Chapter global strategy;
- Drive the global standardization of processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across regions;
- Simplify and modernize the organization's application architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and reducing complexity;
- Extensive experience in digital transformation projects within complex, global organizations;
- Conduct thorough analyses to identify opportunities where Digital solutions can enhance efficiency and deliver measurable value;
- Collaborate closely with the application development and maintenance teams to address impacts on existing systems;
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technology trends, applying them to optimize business processes and technology ecosystems;
- Drive user adoption through effective communication, tailored training programs, and responsive support mechanisms;
- Lead the implementation of digital initiatives, ensuring consistent monitoring of the digital roadmaps and reporting of progress;
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the business enablement functions, focusing on efficiency and simplification;
- Monitor the performance of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Continuously monitor processes, systems, and strategies to drive better results;
- Drive continuous improvement by refining digital strategies, processes, and technologies based on feedback, learnings, and market dynamics;
- Oversee the prioritization and pipeline management for digital solutions developed through.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end digital transformation projects;
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including data analytics, AI, and automation, and their applications in a corporate context;
- Proven analytical skills, capable of solving complex problems and driving data-driven decision-making;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and/or digital initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Experience working on global initiatives, and managing complexities across regions and functions;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
- Passion for technology, change management, and digital adoption strategies;
- Commitment to fostering innovation and driving continuous improvement across the organization and the BEF's;
- Proactive, autonomy, strong sense of responsibility and resilience.
