The sale of energy acquired to Special Regime Producers was €2.5 thousand million and the purchase was €1.7 thousand million.

 

The Customer Service and Commercial Management Department of SU ELETRICIDADE is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and quality of commercial operations in the regulated market, providing integrated management of the commercial cycle and customer contact channels. This Department is currently recruiting is looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist, with responsibility for monitoring operational activities across the commercial cycle — contracting, billing and collections — as well as monitoring operational performance and customer service levels. The role also involves participating in continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformation projects, including the evolution of processes, systems and analytical tools, contributing to increased efficiency, service quality and compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework.

 

 

Job Description:

  • Ensure the management and monitoring of commercial cycle operations, namely contracting, billing and collections processes, guaranteeing operational efficiency, service quality and regulatory compliance;
  • Define, monitor and analyse operational performance indicators — KPIs — ensuring activity control, identification of deviations and implementation of corrective actions;
  • Promote and coordinate continuous improvement and operational transformation initiatives, including optimisation, automation and the use of Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics solutions, aimed at increasing operational efficiency and service quality;
  • Coordinate and monitor developments in the commercial system, from the definition of functional requirements through to validation and go-live, while ensuring that processes and systems are adapted to legal and regulatory changes and that their operational impact is correctly assessed;
  • Manage the operational relationship with outsourcing partners, ensuring compliance with SLAs, service levels, quality and efficiency standards;
  • Ensure the production and analysis of operational reporting and dashboards, supporting decision-making and alignment with the area’s objectives;
  • Support the resolution of cross-functional operational issues and coordination with different internal stakeholders.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, or similar fields;
  • Relevant professional experience in operations or operational transformation in the energy, telecommunications or banking sectors, preferably in customer service, process and/or commercial channel contexts;
  • Experience or involvement in operational process automation initiatives, such as RPA, scripts, workflows or robotic automation solutions;
  • Experience or knowledge of SAP IS-U and analytical tools, including Excel and Power BI, as well as data analysis and programming tools such as SAS, Python or similar, will be valued;
  • Strong analytical skills, results orientation and continuous improvement mindset;
  • Good communication skills, critical thinking and teamwork;
  • Autonomy, initiative and ability to operate in demanding operational environments.
