The Global Acceleration Office, as a transversal and global department (across 28 markets) acts as an enabler and accelerator of transformation efforts for strategic and transversal initiatives at global and regional level, ensuring the delivery of Business Plan targets.

 

 

What you will do:

Leading different Transformation and Business Programs, solving complex management challenges.

  • Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborating with internal senior leaders and external partners to achieve alignment and compromise.
  • Developing actionable plans, foreseeing interdependencies and risks, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Driving innovation and recommending improvements based on industry trends and advanced technical insights.
  • Managing resources effectively to support organizational transformation and business improvements.
  • Support communications to mobilize the full organization, administrating the infrastructure needed.
  • Promoting the integrated perspective of EDP business, within the organization, and stakeholders in the initiatives managed
  • Advocating global best practices and fostering an integrated perspective across business units.
  • Providing internal challenge to the organization regarding its performance, promoting continuous improvement culture

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering (analytics & management);
  • 8 years’ experience in business consulting, reporting, business intelligence, project management and data analyst/science will be considered;
  • Proven knowledge of Energy Industry processes is needed;
  • Availability to travel on a regular basis;
  • Full proficiency in English ;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Proficient in Power BI (ability to analyze data and prepare reports) is a plus;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives’ execution across teams in complex business environments;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on structure and execution;
  • Extremely versatile and able to work well in a quick-paced environment under pressure of deadlines and multiple priorities;
  • Open to new insights, accepts challenges and leads with positive energy.
