Asset Management Senior Specialist

What you will do:

The Asset Management Senior Specialist leads to advanced technical asset management functions, providing expert analysis and guidance to optimize asset utilization and operational costs. Ensures full compliance with all regulatory and environmental requirements and drives innovation through technology and process improvements. Supports strategic alignment of asset management with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive asset performance evaluations and develop improvement strategies.
• Oversee budgeting processes and enforce financial discipline in asset operations.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety and environmental standards across asset portfolios.
• Lead coordination with key stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory bodies.
• Drive risk management processes and ensure effective mitigation strategies are implemented.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and process excellence.

What are we looking for

• University degree in asset management or related areas.
• At least 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector in a similar role.
• Solid previous experience in asset optimization, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in leveraging technology for operational improvements.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Capability to work at heights and outdoors.
• Ability to handle facilities management on a 24/7 basis, including shiftwork.
• Valid driver's license
• English (considered a plus)
