What you will do:

The Asset Management Expert is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the operation and maintenance of assets under their responsibility. This role optimizes the use of material resources and external contractors to ensure maximum asset availability and operational efficiency. The Expert works in alignment with platform and regional strategies, maintaining cost control while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and environmental standards.

What are we looking for

  • Relevant advanced technical education or equivalent experience in asset management or engineering disciplines.
  • Preferably years of experience in asset operation and maintenance within complex environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret asset performance data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in multidisciplinary and multicultural settings.
  • Ability to foster continuous improvement and adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
