Asset Manager

Mission

Being responsible of the assets, in order to maximize the profitability of the assigned assets. Is the focal point to all matters related to the asset, coordinating and assessing the support from other departments to guarantee they can efficiently provide their services for the project, and lead internal initiatives to drive long-term asset returns.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Manage the following:

• P&L and key drivers which are linked with Asset Value creation
• Project SPVs
• Key contracts and obligations
• Shareholders and stakeholders’ relationships

1. Coordinate the yearly Budget preparation process

2. Ensure periodic follow-up of P&L, production & expenses, coordinating with the respective functional departments

3. Ensure compliance with health & safety labor and environmental laws, legal and internal requirements, supported by the respective departments and leading the contracting process and follow-up

4. Periodically review asset technical performance with responsible wind/solar O&M team

5. Manage key commercial terms of all contracts in force with the respective technical areas that deal directly daily obligations from subcontractors

6. Lead the relationship with any public or private stakeholder, taking care of the interests of the asset

7. Management of: land lease, energy, insurance, SPV administration and shareholders

Required Profile

1. ACADEMIC LEVEL: Bachelor’s degree in business studies or engineering

2. REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• At least 5 years’ experience, either in project management, construction management or operation & maintenance areas, applied on renewables industry

3. LANGUAGES: English (verbal and written): advanced level
