We are looking for a Quality Engineer - Electrical Equipment to join our team.

 

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in all quality control activities related to equipment to be integrated into the electricity network, from the design stage through to commissioning.

• Develop and review technical specifications and testing procedures for electrical equipment and materials.

• Analyse technical qualification processes for electrical materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with the applicable technical requirements and standards.

• Participate in equipment acceptance and factory validation tests (FAT), ensuring that the required technical and quality criteria are met.

• Carry out technical inspections of manufacturers and suppliers, assessing compliance with technical specifications and quality requirements.

• Follow up on the quality control process throughout the different stages of equipment integration, ensuring the identification and resolution of any technical issues.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including manufacturers and suppliers, to ensure the quality and technical compliance of electrical equipment.

• Support the continuous improvement of quality control processes, testing procedures and technical requirements related to electrical equipment.

What are we looking for:

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Knowledge of testing methods for electrical equipment will be valued.

• Strong command of English.

• Availability for frequent short-term national and international travel.

• Valid driving licence.
