What you will do:

  • Boost the development and execution of a global DEIB strategy aligned with the company’s values and business goals.
  • Champion inclusive workplace practices, ensuring DEIB initiatives are embedded in all organizational processes and talent management processes.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion by promoting DEIB values through training, leadership development, and communication strategies across all regions.
  • Influence leadership teams globally to adopt DEIB practices that support diverse talent pipelines, career progression, and employee well-being.
  • Design and implement DEIB-driven employee engagement and retention strategies to create an inclusive work environment where employees feel a sense of belonging.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with external organizations, academic institutions, and non-profits to support DEIB initiatives and attract diverse talent.
  • Leverage data analytics, surveys, and employee feedback to measure DEIB progress, identify gaps, and refine strategies.
  • Regularly report on DEIB KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve workforce diversity and inclusion.
  • Ensure successful rollout of DEIB initiatives across all business units and regions, tailoring strategies to meet specific needs.
  • Oversee the creation of comprehensive annual DEIB reports for stakeholders, demonstrating the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Literature or related area;
  • Experience leading DEIB initiatives in a global or multi-national organization, preferably within the energy sector or related industries.
  • Understanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products preferred; Strong Microsoft Excel skills and Power Point.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing DEIB strategies that result in measurable improvements in diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

  • Strong understanding of global DEIB trends, regulations, and best practices, with experience working across multiple regions and cultural contexts.

  • Demonstrated experience in using data to influence decision-making and measure DEIB impact.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across different geographies.

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed for global DEIB initiatives, conferences, and partnerships.
