Within its electricity transmission and distribution activity (the EDP Networks Platform) it currently manages operations in Portugal, Spain, and Brazil
Technical Operations TechOps department is looking for an Technical Lead – Service Management Applications.
What you will do:
- Lead the technical evolution of critical applications for managing tools that support the electricity distribution network,
- Monitor application performance and reliability to ensure business continuity.
- Identify and maintain a clear backlog of technical debt to support the Product Owner in prioritizing the roadmap and reducing that debt.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to mitigate potential vulnerabilities and increase availability.
- Interact with vendors and clients with the main goal of resolving incidents and problems.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 service availability.

What are we looking for:
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Industrial Management Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably holds service management certifications such as ITIL V4 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and ISO20000 (Service Management System).
- Management and administration of service management tools, such as ITSM (ticketing, SLA, contracts), ITOM (CMDB, discovery, correlation), ITBM/SPM (requirements, projects);
- Programming and/or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, JavaScript);
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Service Management Frameworks, such as ITIL v4, ISO20000;
- Drafting application and systems requirements (preferably OT)
