The Asset Management Analyst supports the planning, coordination, and operation of company assets to maximize availability and efficiency. Works under guidance to analyze asset performance, support cost control efforts, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Assists with resource allocation and collaborates with stakeholders to achieve operational goals

 

 

Ativos Porto-Centro de Programação department is looking for an Asset Management Analyst

 

 

What you will do:

 

  • Create and schedule the annual portfolio of works based on the Works Plan and defined priorities;
  • Monitor the execution of the Works Plan, promoting predictability, control, and quality;
  • Coordinate with Network Planning, Projects, Operations, and PSE, ensuring alignment and smooth information flow;
  • Support the prioritization and adjustment of the portfolio according to operational availability and network needs;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of programming and operational management processes.

What are we looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field;
  • Experience in programming, planning, project portfolio management, or operational management (considered an asset);
  • Knowledge of the context of MV/LV (Medium Voltage/Low Voltage) networks and the processes associated with the Works Plan;
  • Analytical ability, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset;
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary environments;
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
