TRANSFER PRICING SPEACILIST
MISSION
The new team member will work at Corporate level and will be involved in ensuring the compliance with Transfer Pricing legislation at EDPR Group level.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Support the team in the definition, management and execution of global transfer pricing policies.
2. Manage projects outsourced to external tax advisors.
3. Support the team in the preparation of the transfer pricing documentation.
4. Provision of transfer pricing support/advice to business units and other functional groups (Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, etc.) whenever necessary.
5. Conduct relations with tax auditors, when necessary, in the course of tax audits and transfer pricing related procedures (APAs and MAPs).
6. Analyze the impact at Group level of major transfer pricing developments (BEPS, court cases, etc.).
7. Support the team in the development and actualization of transfer pricing policies according to business, tax and regulatory rules applicable at each time.
8. Active involvement in processes optimization.
9. Other duties as required.
REQUIRED PROFILE
1. ACADEMIC LEVEL
University Degree in Law, Business Administration or Economics.
Master in Taxation/International Taxation.
2. REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience in a transfer pricing department either of a law/consultancy firm or of a multinational group.
3. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
• Experience in Transfer pricing is necessary.
• Deep knowledge of international taxation.
• Advanced Excel level.
4. LANGUAGES
• Spanish.
• English.
5. SKILLS / COMPETENCES
• Good organization skills.
• Multitasking.
• Problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure.
