EDP ​​Comercial's Retail & Direct Sales intends to recruit for the Agent Stores team.


Job description

  • Support in the strategic definition, dynamization and management of the EDP Comercial Agents channel;
  • Construction of operation monitoring models;
  • Preparation of analyzes and business cases to evaluate and present scenarios and support business decisions;
  • Promotion of initiatives to control, efficiency and effectiveness of the activity of the internal team and partnerships, from a gamification perspective and the implementation of control mechanisms for commercial activity (sales, quality processes and other dynamic KPIs, relevant to the business);
  • Identification and management of continuous improvement projects to increase the efficiency of operation and channel management;
  • Participation in the implementation of commercial promotion campaigns for the channel and launch of new products and services, in conjunction with other areas of the organization;
  • Alignment with transversal initiatives across the remaining channels or departments of EDP C, with the role of channel Pivot.


What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Management or another area provided you have relevant experience for the function;
  • Minimum 5 years experience;
  • Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint (must have);
  • Experience and knowledge in project management and/or product or channel management (preferred);
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (DOMO, Power BI) (preferred).
  • Strategic and analytical thinking;
  • Logical and structured reasoning;
  • Focus on continuous improvement of processes and operations;
  • Capacity of:
  • Project management;
  • Analysis and implementation of e2e initiatives;
  • Management, control and monitoring of operations.
  • Results and deliveries oriented;
  • Proactivity, autonomy and teamwork;
  • Process design and improvement;
  • Data analysis to support the operation and evolution of the commercial network.
