The Product & Commercial Execution department is responsible for end-to-end product development, while also ensuring a coherent commercial execution strategy that supports EDP’s Solar Distributed Generation (Solar DG) ambition. The team contributes to projects across EDP’s footprint within the Client Solutions Platform and is currently hiring an associate to join its mission.

 

 

What you will do:

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating pipeline and improving conversion in the regional Solar DG business. This includes conducting market and quantitative analyses, structuring key commercial initiatives, defining and executing the roadmap to deliver on Distributed Generation (DG) results.
  • Establish a close and proactive relationship with local commercial teams, anticipate their commercial needs, and monitor the execution of commercial campaigns—ensuring alignment, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote and contribute to the build-up of center of expertise for Solar DG commercial execution, actively tracking and embedding best practices, delivering a distinctive global value proposition and customer experience.
  • Gather local market insights for product development needs, guaranteeing representativeness and alignment with global product strategy and coordinate outlooks with the broader product development team.
  • Drive the product agenda across geographies, ensuring consistent execution and strategic alignment while adapting to local market dynamics and fostering cross-regional collaboration.

What are we looking for:

  • Degree or Master’s degree in Business & Management, Engineering, Economics
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in projects with strategic relevance and c-level stakeholder management (M&A, Start-up, Consulting, Strategy & Transformation or Business Development teams)
  • Strong communication, relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Curiosity, agility, proactive attitude and high level of self-initiative
  • Able to thrive in a fast-growing and demanding environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluency in other languages of the countries where EDP operates is a plus
