Senior Product Manager - Smart Mobility
The Development of Mobility Solutions area is part of the Smart Mobility Department of Clients Solutins Platform, which has as its main objective the development of new products and services of electric mobility for various geographies within the EDP Group, based on disruptive business models and differentiating technological solutions, leveraging an ecosystem of strategic partners in order to capture local and global business opportunities, enhanced by the growth of the electric vehicle market. We are hiring Senior Product Manager - Smart Mobility.

What you will do:
- Identify and evaluate market trends to ensure the evolution and improvement of EDP's portfolio;
- Monitoring customer feedback on existing products and technological developments that can contribute to the development of new mobility products and services;
- Contribute to the definition of the EDP's mobility solution portfolio, supporting strategic recommendations in both quantitative and qualitative analysis;
- Develop and execute pilot projects to test new charging solutions;
- Plan and develop complex product projects, with multidisciplinary teams, including internal and external stakeholders;
- Define and implement the customer experience throughout their lifecycle for mobility products and services;
- Monitor and report the status of different projects, making sure that timings, objectives, and results are fulfilled;
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams, to effectively launch new products and services on Iberian market;
- Propose a sales, pricing and promotion plan for products and services to the marketing and sales teams in the various segments.

What are we looking for:
- Degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Management or similar;
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in project management, valued in electrical projects;
- Consulting experience, in areas such as Business, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Technology Strategy is a plus;
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute products delivery plans that are align with business objectives and regulatory requirements;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on the effectively launch new products and services;
- Being curious to develop knowledge and follow the evolution of the mobility industry, and reflect trends in the roadmap of products and services;
- Able to thrive in a fast-growing and demanding environment and well managing competing priorities and deadlines;
- Knowledge in electric mobility industry is valued, but not mandatory.
