BPO Managment department is looking for an Senior Business Analyst – Process & Operational Excellence.

 

Leads complex business analysis, process transformation and operational improvement initiatives, acting as a domain expert and senior reference between business and technology. The role supports management with strong problemframing, analytical and advisory capabilities, ensuring solutions are welldefined, adopted and deliver measurable value across residential energy and energyservices processes (ML B2C PT)

 

 

What you will do:

 

  • Lead complex business analysis activities: elicitation, definition and validation of functional and nonfunctional requirements, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment with business value,
  • Prioritize requirements and initiatives based on value, risk and feasibility, applying structured decision frameworks,
  • Drive endtoend process transformation and operational improvement, identifying gaps, inefficiencies and system constraints,
  • Act as key liaison between business, IT and digital teams to implement process, system and automation improvements,
  • Define the right problems to solve by understanding business goals, KPIs, operational context and market constraints; translate ambiguous challenges into structured problem statements and valuedriven initiatives,
  • Provide senior advisory support to management, including evaluation of business cases, risks, feasibility and expected ROI,
  • Support change management and adoption, including rollout planning, training needs definition and business readiness, ensuring that solutions are actually adopted,
  • Use data and operational insights to produce actionable recommendations and support continuous improvement,
  • Promote initiatives that improve customer experience, service quality and operational efficiency.

What are we looking for:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Management, Management and Information Systems Business Analytics ,or a related field ,
  • More than 6  years' experience in business analysis, process optimization and operational transformation;
  • Strong consulting mindset, with ability to operate at both strategic and handson levels in complex environments;
  • Proven capability to influence stakeholders and guide decisionmaking into actionable recommendations.
