Product Strategy & Development Expert

What you will do:
- Define, develop, and execute the overall value proposition strategy for new and existing products and services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and guaranteeing the long-term viability of the commercial activity.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, define target segments, and refine value propositions.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Operations, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely and effective market entry.
- Develop clear value propositions, positioning, and messaging tailored to different customer segments and routes to market.
- Support and enable sales teams, providing commercial tools, sales narratives, playbooks, training, and launch materials to drive adoption and performance.
- Contribute to pricing and commercial models, including business cases and profitability analysis.

What are we looking for:
- Degree in Economics and Management or in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar fields.
- Proven experience (typically 3-7 years) in Strategy consulting, Commercial Strategy in B2B, Product Marketing or similar roles
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing long-term commercial strategies and product life-cycle planning
- Hands-on experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Operations, and other internal stakeholders
- Practical experience supporting or enabling sales teams, including sales materials, value messaging, playbooks, and launch readiness
- Ability to translate customer insights and market feedback into actionable commercial and product recommendations
- Experience working in B2B environments (and B2C, if relevant), ideally in complex or regulated industries
- English and Spanish/Portuguese language proficiency
