Product & Portfolio Development Specialist

What you will do:

• Ensure the management of billing processes for associated energy services (mainly related to assets as a service), in close collaboration with internal operational teams
• Define, optimize, and implement operational processes related to billing
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring greater efficiency, automation, and reliability of workflows
• Analyze KPIs, profitability, and billing variances, translating data into insights and strategic recommendations
• Prepare reports and documentation to support decision-making
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting the timely resolution of critical topics and issues affecting stakeholders and customers

What are we looking for:

• Degree in Businees & Management
• Solid experience (2 to 5 years) in billing, processes, financial control, or roles with a strong analytical and operational focus
• Proven ability to work in dynamic, multidisciplinary, and multi-project environments
• Experience in consulting, auditing, process improvement, or financial roles is considered a plus
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel
