Procurement Specialist

The Platform Clients Solutions is looking to recruit a Procurement Specialist for the Procurement Client Solutions area.

What you will do:

• Collaborating with internal logistics, product, sales, engineering and construction teams to align needs and priorities.
• Developing and monitoring the demand plan by product.
• Monitoring stocks, coverage and making new purchases.
• Managing and monitoring contracts.
• Managing suppliers.
• Carrying out pricings and outlooks.
• Participating in defining strategies for new offers and products.
• Ensuring compliance with purchasing and compliance policies.
• Analyzing data and indicators, and proposing continuous improvement measures for the business.
• Monitoring business areas.

What are we looking for:

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering or a similar field, with relevant experience.

·       Minimum of 3 years' professional experience, preferably in the areas of consultancy, purchasing management, supply chain management and/or process management.

·       Proficiency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken (mandatory requirement).

·       Ability to analyze and monitor data.

·       Strong problem-solving skills, with a critical and constructive approach.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, proactive and team-oriented attitude.
