The Digital Networks IT OT Data & AI Mgmt team is strengthening its team by hiring a Machine Learning Product Specialist.
What you will do:
- Contribute to the development and evolution of an advanced analytics and Artificial Intelligence product.
- Developing Machine Learning and GenAI models, ensuring the end-to-end cycle (data exploration, training, validation, implementation, and monitoring).
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the product by ensuring the quality of developments, data analysis, insights, and feature evolution.
- Keeping up with new trends and technological developments in the field, promoting innovation in the team/framework.
- Support the Product Owner in defining the roadmap, gathering and clarifying requirements with stakeholders, and prioritizing the backlog.
- Support the Product Owner, ensuring alignment, transparency, and efficient management of deliveries.
- Promote product adoption, ensuring that use cases respond to real needs and generate value for the business.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar fields.
- Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience in in Data Science and Machine Learning projects applied in real-world contexts.
- Solid knowledge of Python for Data Science, including Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or HuggingFace.
- Experience in data manipulation and exploration, SQL, notebooks (Jupyter/Databricks), and ML model development methods.
- Knowledge of LLMs and GenAI (practical application valued).
- Knowledge of APIs, MLOps/CI-CD, cloud (preferably Azure), and previous experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies are valued.
- Communication skills and ability to translate technical topics to different audiences (business, management, and technology).
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, organize, and collaborate.
- Experience or interest in Product Management applied to Data Science and AI, with the ability to support backlog management, user stories, and documentation preparation.
