The Learning & Development area of the People & Organization Center of Excellence, within the Solar division, is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Learning & Development Specialist – Compliance.

 

What you will do:

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of mandatory training programs (e.g., compliance, ethics, safety, regulatory training).
  • Ensure timely assignment, tracking, and reporting of mandatory training completion across regions and business units- Monitor training compliance rates and proactively follow up with stakeholders to mitigate risks.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, P&O, and Business leaders to ensure content accuracy and regulatory alignment.
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and documentation to support audits and governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Global Business Services or operational teams to ensure smooth administration and learner support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the learner experience within mandatory training frameworks.
  • Support the continuous improvement and standardization of mandatory training processes and governance.

What are we looking for:

  • Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent.
  • 3-6 years of professional experience, ideally in Learning & Development, compliance/mandatory training.
  • Experience managing or supporting mandatory/compliance training programs- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in tracking completion and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders (P&O, Compliance, Legal, Business) to ensure training alignment and timely delivery.
  • Experience in multinational or matrixed environments is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
