The EDP Foundation is looking to recruit a Junior Purchasing Assistant for the Control and Operation Support Department.

What you will do:

  • Support in purchasing processes;
  • Creation in SAP of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and entry of materials in the Purchase Order;
  • Checking award conditions (contract + proposal for decision);
  • Answering questions from suppliers;
  • Supporting the customer invoicing process by creating customers in SAP and pre-registering invoices;
  • Supporting the accounting process by checking the museum and store cash registers.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's in Management, Economics, Engineering, or any other field as long as relevant experience for the role;
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience working in the areas of purchasing processes, invoicing clients, accounting, documentation control, data input into the SAP system;
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred;
  • Proficiency in Office tool;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written), with knowledge of Spanish being a plus;
  • High level of autonomy and responsibility.
